Diabolocom have announced that it has signed a multi-year deal with XINTEC for its FraudStrike tool to monitor for suspicious international outbound calling activity, including International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), across its network. Diabolocom, who provide customer interaction management solutions across all contact channels, will benefit from XINTEC’s leading edge fraud detection tool including FraudStrike’s live database of over one million test-call numbers typically dialed by fraudsters when orchestrating an IRSF attack. The solution also provides additional detection techniques such as overlapping calls, high-usage detection and associative methods which combined with the database will significantly reduce false positives and deliver outstanding results.

Frédéric Durand, Founder and CEO of Diabolocom said, “We selected XINTEC’s FraudStrike tool, based on its capability, it’s easy to install process and its unparalleled success in preventing fraud across the communications industry. We have a commitment to our customers to ensure absolute security across our networks and channels and in partnering with XINTEC, we are strengthening this promise”.

Commenting on the deal, Sean Killeen, CEO of XINTEC said, “We are delighted to add Diabolocom to our growing network of FraudStrike converts. As more and more communication service providers become aware of the significant but unnecessary financial losses an IRSF attack can generate, the more they want a simple, easy to install solution that is both cost effective and provides immediate results”.

XINTEC’s FraudStrike solution is a real-time IRSF detection tool in the cloud. With FraudStrike, Fraud Managers can now access comprehensive reporting on alerts, data and traffic using an easy-to-use Web-based dashboard. With its live database of over 1 million test call numbers, FraudStrike can immediately alert its customers if an attack using these test numbers is dialled from anywhere in the world.
