Training

Revenue Assurance Health Check

Often CSPs have difficulty measuring revenue leakage, as they don't know what proportion of data or revenues are not being billed.

This can be compounded by the fact that data can be deliberately manipulated (internal fraud), and suddenly the CSPs vulnerability becomes even greater.

The XINTEC RA Health Check is designed to help prepare a business case to justify the commercial benefit of a revenue assurance system.

By taking a "snapshot" of CSP data we can provide an estimate of specific revenue losses within a short timescale, usually less than four weeks.
