RAlite™ - system features designed to meet CSPs' needs

RAlite™ was designed to assist smaller operators with their Usage Assurance. It identifies and measures the errors between the different elements within their system and enables the CSP to take the required action to manage those errors in a timely manner.

RAlite™ is scalable and flexible, and designed to meet all the operator needs in response to a specific problem or ongoing set of problems.

The features include:

Data Loader: uploads data from various network elements to the RAlite™ database. Once stored, the data can be retained for as long as required. This data can then be extracted and analysed using both scheduled and ad-hoc reports be generated for usage by the analysts.
Reconciliation Engine: this is configurable to enable matches between different elements in the system.
Drill downs: obtained from summary reports permits the individual cause of a problem to be identified.
Workflow Management: these capabilities enable the aggregation of common issues and similar alerts into a single file, which can then be assigned and tracked through to completion.
Graphical User Interface: RAlite™ has a highly flexible web based GUI which can help users to make configuration changes to the system. These will include functions such as adding a new product type or new charging structure.

RAlite™ is lightweight, compact and technology agnostic which makes it easily deployable across most types of operator. This has the advantage of reducing the time needed before the operator starts to see the benefits and will hence improve the return on investment of the system.
